of the Estate of ROBERT MELVIN ADAMS, a/k/a ROBERT M, ADAMS,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and KENNETH LEE DAVIS. Party
of the Second Part. whose address is Box 293, Apple Tree Lane,
Moody., Maine 04054.
WITNESSETH:
The party of the First Part, pursuant to article SECOND of
the Last Will and Testament of ROBERT MELVIN ADAMS and Order
Admitting Will and Appointing Personal Representative dated
September 11~ 1980. in that the Grantee is the devisee of the
herein described real property of ROBERT MELVIN ADAMS, a/k/a
ROBERT M. ADAMS, and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100 Dollars ($10.00), grants, barbains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part,
his heirs and assigns forever, the real property in the County
of St. Lucie, Florida, described as:
Lot 620 Section II in that certai n condominium known
~ as OUTD~OR R~SORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as
shown by the plat recorded in the Office of the clerk
; of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County,

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining,- subject to the terms, conditions and
limitations set forth in the Declaration of Condominium
