ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE BY GRIINTEE
Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Condominium Deed
acknowledges that this conveyance is subject in every aspect to
all of the foregoing provisions, including the Declaratioti af
Condominium and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of •
TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB and exhibits thereto. Grantee acxnowle~~~~
examination of the aforesaid documents and acknowledges that each
and every provision thereof is essential to the successful
