THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed this~Lday uf December,
A. D., 1980, by
ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., a corporation existing under the a
laws of Florida, and having 'ts principal place of business
at 585 Northeast Ocean vard, Stuart, Florida, 33494, .
hereinafter called the First Party, to
HUTCHINSON ISLAND BEACH CLUB DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
Florida corporation whose postoff ice address is 585 Northeast
Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, Florida, 33494,
hereinafter called the S~cond Party:
WITNESSETH, That the~said First Party, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00, in hand paid by the said
Second Party, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
Second Party.forever, all the right, title, interest, claim
and demand which the said First Party has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, ~
lying and being in the Couhty of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
to wit :
Those certain condominium parcels composed
of Com~-ercial.Unit Numbers C-1, C-2, C-3,
and C-4, and an undivided share in those common
elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with
and subject to the covenants, conditions, re-
strictions, terms, and~other provisions of that
Declaration of Condominium of ISLAND BEACH CLUB,
a Condominium, as recorded in Official Records
Book 343, on Pages 732 through 800, and all sub-
sequent Amendments thereto, all as recorded in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, conditions, limitations,
easements, reservations of record and .taxes sub-
sequent to the year 2980.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and all the estate, right, title, interest,
lien, equity and claim whatsoever of the said First.Party,
either in law or equity, to the proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said Second Party forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said First Party has caused
these presents to be executed in its name, and its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed, by its proper officers thereunto
