WHEREAS, ISLAND PARTNERS, INC.,.a Florida corporation,
individually and doing business as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT
VENTURE, a Joint Venture, and HUTCHINSON ISLAND PROPERTIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, individually $nd doing business
as 2SLAND PARTNERS JOINT VENTURE, a Joint Venture,.Mortgagors,
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 27th day of August,
1980, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida,
in Off icial Records Book 337 at page 1836, mortgaged unto
MANUFACTURERS HANOVER MORTGAGE CORPORATION
and assigns, Mortgagee, tbe premises therein particularly
described to secure the payment of the sum.of ~

($3,300,000.00), with interest as therein mentioned:

corporation, individually and doing business as ISLAND PARTNERS
JOINT VENTURE, a Joint Venture, and HUTCHINSON ISLAND PROPERTIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, individually and doing business
as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT VENTURE, a Joint Venture, have requested

to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of
said mortgaged premises, from the~lien and operation of said

as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of

time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged~ does remise, relea~e, quit-claim, exonerate
and discharge from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto
the said ISLAND PARTNERS, INC., a Florida corporation,
individually and'doing business as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT
VENTURE, a Joint Venture,.and HUTCHINSON ISLAND PROPERTIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, individually and doing business
as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT VENTURE, a Joint_Venture, their
heirs and assigns all that piece, parcel or tract of land
being a part of the premises conveyed by said Mortgage, to-wit:
That certain condominium parce2 composed of Apartment
Number 303 , and an unZivided share in those com~non
elements appurtenant thereto, in acccordance with and
subject to the.covenants, conditions, restrictions,
terms, and other provisions of that Declaration of
Condominium of ISLAND BEACH CLUB, a Co*~dominium, as
recorded in Official Records Book 343 , on pages
732 through S00 , as recorded in the public
records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto
