individually and doing business as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT.
VENTURE, a Joint Venture, and HUTCHINSON ISLAND_PROPERTIES,
INC., a Florida corporation, individually and doing business
as ISLAND PARTNERS JOINT VENTURE, a Joint Venture, Mortgagors,
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 27th day of August,
