The petitioner, HARKLESS G. ENNS. alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the named personal representative. Petitioner's name and
address are: HARKLESS G. ENNS, 117 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and the name and address of Petitioner's attorneys
are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Paul G. Enns, whose last known.address
was G-1 Kingfisher Lane, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, whose age was
95 years, and whose social security number is 261-~5-6080,
died on January 5, 1981, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are:
