4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent died a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. HARKLESS G. ENNS, whose address is set forth above
is qualified under the laws of Florida to serve as personal re-
presentative of the decedent's estate and is entitled to pre-
ference in appointment as personal representative because he is
the named personal representative under CLAUSE VIII of decedent's
last will. '
6. The nature and approximate value.of the assets in
this estate are: Cash accounts and securities having a value
of over $100,000.00:
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will dated
February 8, 1980, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that he is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida; that he will faithfully administer the estate of said
decedent according to law, and that he hereby designates CHESTER
B. GRIFFIN, a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose resi-
dence is 151 Hartman Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as his agent
or attorney for service of process in any suit or action against
him in his representative capacity, or personally if such ac-
tion accrued in the administration of this estate.
