I, PAUL G. ENNS, of Fort Pierce, Florida, make this
my will and revoke all prior wills and codicils.
CLAUSE I: My personal representative shall pay all
funeral expenses, costs•of administration, incl~ding ancil-
lary, costs of safeguarding and delivering devises, and other
proper charges against my estate. My personal representative
shall pay from the residue of my estate all estate and in-
heritance taxes assessed by reason of my death. I waive for •
my estate all rights of reimbursement for any payments made.

My personal representative's selection of assets to
be sold to make the foregoing payments or to satisfy any
pecuniary devises, and the t~x effects thereof shall not be
subject to question by any beneficiary.
My personal representative shall make such elections
under the tax laws as my personal representative deems ad-
visable, without regard to the relative interests of the~
beneficiaries. No adjustment shall be made between principal
and income or in the relative interests of the beneficiaries
to compensate for the e~fect of elections under the tax laws
made by my personal representative or by the trustee.

CLAUSE II: My wife's name is HELEN S. ENNS, and she F~
is herein referred to as "my wife.° I have a stepson,

H?~RKLESS G. ENNS, whom I consider as a son.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise the sum of Twenty-
five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) apiece, to each of the
following:
