A. My nephew, E. R. ENNS, Fort Pierce, Florida,
provided if he does not survive me then said bequest
shall go instead to h"is wife, MARGARET GLADWIN ENNS;
B. To my great-nephew, PAUL G. ENNS, II, Route 2,
eox 6, Senoia, Georgia, provided he survives me;
C. To my granddaughter, MERYL ANN GIBBS~ 2014 Pender
Avenue, Wilmington, North Carolina, provided that if
she does not survive me, then said bequest shall go
instead equally to her children, per stirpes;-
D. To my granddaughter, HELEN LOUISE WEATHERS, 8302
Hibiscus, Lakewood Park, F'ort Pierce, Florida,,pro-
vided if she does not survive me, then said bequest
shall go instead equally to her children, per stir-
pes; and
E. To my granddaughter, MARI-LYNN HERRINGSHAW, pro-
vided if she does not survive me, then said bequest
shall go instead equally to her children, per stirpes.
CLAUSE IV: I give and devise the sum of Two Thonsand
Dollars ($2,000.00) to ST. ANDREWS EPISCOPAL CHURCH. Fort
Pierce, Florida, to be used for its general.charitable pur-
poses.
CLAUSE V: If my wife survives me, I devise to my
Trustee hereinafter named, a pecuniary amount equal to the
maximum marital deduction allowable to my estat~ for Federal
estate tax purposes, less the aggregate amount of marital
deductions, if any, allowed for interests in property pass-
ing or which have passed to my wife otherwise than by the
terms of this Clause, and less also the amount, if any, re-
quired to increase my taxable estate to the maximum amount as
to which, ~onsidering the unified credit and the credit for
state death taxes allowable to my estate (except to the •
extent that state death taxes are thereby incurred or in- _
creased), there will be no Fec3eral estate tax payable by
reason of my death. My wife shall be deemed to have survived ~
me if she and I die under such circumstances that there is no
sufficient evidence that we died otherwise than simul-
taneously.
