presently constituted and as they may be amended from time to
time.
CLAUSE IX: In the event my wife and I die under such
circumstances that it cannot be determined which of us pre-
deceased th~ other, I direct that it shall be conclusively
presumed that my wife survived me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal at Fort Pierce, Florida, this 8th day of February,
1980.
