TEMPORARY ORDER
This matter coming on for hearing on the Petitioner's prayer
for temporary relief, both parties being present and testimony
taken, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Tht Wife is granted temporary possession of the home located
at 1614 South 30th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the Husband shall
have-one (1) week from this date in which to vacate the premises,
2. Temporary custody of the minor child, MARY ELIZABETH CHARLES,
is granted to the Wife, subject to the reasonable visitation rights
of the Husband with the child and the child with him,
3. That the Husband, DO~~ER CHARLES, shall pay to the Wife,
LAVINIA M. CHARLES, as temporary support for the minor ~child of the
parties, the sum of $35.OQ per week commencing the 1,~ day of
January, 1981 and continuing weekly thereafter until further order
of this Court. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of S~t. Lucie County, Florida, and by him remitted
promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is herein assessed the sum
of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect.
