THIS CAUSE having come before Che Court on rehearing
regarding matters of alleged perjury raised by th~ Wife's Motion
for Itehearing, the Court having heard Che-testimony and arguments
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
finds that the Wife has not proved her allegations of perjury as
raised by her Motion for Rehearing, it is, therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final.Judgment Dissolution
of Marriage entered by this Court-on the 8th of August, 1980, is
sustained and shall remain in full force and effect as originally
issued.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort PiercE, Florida, this
