THOMAS LEE PE'LERS, Husband. . ------------------ FINAL JUDGMENT DISS~IU'fI~N dF ~RRIAGE Thzs cause came on for trial the 12th day of January, 1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIA6E. The marriage between MARY LYNN PETERS and THOMAS LEE PETERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the'obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SEAN PETERS minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY LYNN PETERS with reasonabie visitation rights reserved to THOMAS LEE PETERS. 3. RESTRAINING_ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering.with, harssing or annoying, the other. 4. JURISDICTION.
