IT APPEARS fram the evidence before the Court this 9th day of January, 1981, `'
that Respondent LAWRBNCE W POLK has failed to pay the child support required by Order
entered July 25, 1980, and is in arrears $b63 00 (balance of old arrears $263.00,
current arrears $400.00), but is not held in contempt at this time.
ORDSRBD that total arrears of $663 00 shall be paid within tWO (2) months
or by March 1J, 1981. Next regular child support payment of $200.00 is due Februarq
1, 1981. Payments to be made to the Clerk of Circuit Court and to include an addi-
tional $2,00 Statutory Clerk's fee. If Respondent fails to pay the arrears as out-
lined above, and as agreed to in Open Court, upon written affidavit of the Petitioner
he will be required to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this Court.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper.
