BURGESS of the County of St.-Lucie and State of Florida, Grantees~.
WNEREAS, the Grantors are seized in fee simple and in
posseasion of landa lying in HAP.RiS SIIBDIVISIOt~, Section 3~,
Town~~iin 36 ~outh, Range 41 Eas~, St. Lucie Count~, Tlorida, and
that particular portion of it as described below, and

of Lot 1, Section 32, Township 36 South, Range 41
East, according to the Plat recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, Page 5, including
the land lying.between the South boundary line of ~
said Lot 1, Block 2, extended, to the East, and
the North boundary line of said Lot 3, Block 2,
extended, to the East, State Road 707 (Indian
River Drive) on the West and the waters of the
Indian River on the East, together with all
riparian rights thereunto appertaining,
an easement ar right of way over the land described below, for
the purposes and in the manner expressed below;
