Full and free right and liberty for them and their
tenants, servants, visitors and licensees, in comraon with all
persons having the like right, at all time hereafter £or
purposes of ingress and egress only and said land lawfully may
be so used to paas and repass along the provided easement more
particularly deacribed as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4,
~ BZock 2, of HARRIS SUI3DIVISION as recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 5 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run N.
17°55'S7"W, a distance of 14.44 feet to a
point on curve of a curve concave to the North- -
west; thence run Northeasterly, along the said
curve having a radius of 45.00 feet, an in-
terior angle of 12°50'23", and an arc length of
10.08 feet; thence run S. 17°55'S7"E, a distance
of 18.80 feet; thence run West, a distance of
10.51 feet, to the POIt1T OF BEGINNING.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the easersent or right of way hereby
granted unto Grantees, their heirs and aasigns and those likely
situated as described above, and their heirs and assigns, as
appurtenant to the land of the Crantees and those likely situ-
ated and every part of it, provided that Grantees, their heirs
and assigns shall not use said easement for parking of any kind
nor for storage of any item.
It is understood that the easement is given upon the
express understanding and condition that it may be used by
Grantors, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
in conjunction with the use of Grantees, their heirs and assigns
and others likely situated and their heirs and assigns.
It is furthe~ understood that Grantors, their heirs,
assigns and tenants in no way will be bound to improve, maintain
or construct a roadway or to keep it in repair; nor do Grantors,
their heirs and assigns assume any liabili~ty or responsibil•ity
to Grantees, their heirs and assigns, others likely situated,
their heirs and assigns, or any person using the land by invi-
~ tation, expressed or imp lied, or by reason of any business
