This is a corrective mortgage given for the purpose of correcting that
certain mortgage dated December 12, 1980 filed December 17, 1980 in
Official Records Book 345 at page 270 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida as to first payment due. -

tenances thereto belonging, and the rents, issues and profits thereof, unto the mortgagee, in fee sim-

AND the mortgagor covenants with the mortgagee that the mortgagor is indefeasibly seized
of said I~ind in fee simple ; that the mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to convey said
