_ Mortgage Modification Agreement _

Assumption Agreement
This agreement made this 8th day of Jenuary, 1981, by and between
Joseph 0. LaBonte and Eli-~abeth H. LaBonte, his wife, as joint
Tenants with right of survivorship and not es tenants in common,
of 612 S. 2?rd St. Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the First Part
and Carl E. Corti and Eli2abethiCorti, his wife, Party of the
Second Part. J-
Witnesseth:
tdher~as, the Party of the first pait is owner and holder of that cer-
tain mortgage from Raymond P. Roberts and Angie P. Roberts, his
wife dated June 8th, 1979 end recorded in Official Record Book
310 Pages 1980, 1981, and 1982 of the Public Records of St Lucie.
County, Florida.
And, ~~Thereas, the party of the first part is now the oWner end
holder of that certain promissory note for which said mortgage
was given as security, said note being_in the original principle
amount of Twelve Thousand.forty two and O1/100 ($ 12,042.01)
And, whereas, the parties of the first part and the parties of the
second part hereto have mutually agreed to the assumption and
modification of the terms of said note and mortgage,
Now therefor, in consideration of the mutual agreements of the
parties hereto, it fs agreed as folloo~s:
1.) Upon the execution of this~agreement, the total outstanding
unpaid principle under said note and mortgage is the amount of
Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Seven and 13/100 ($ 10,837.13)
The parties hereto acknowledge that upon-excution of this agreement
the interest on said obligation shall have been paid through '
January 7th, 1981. ,
2.) Said note and aoortgage is hereby amended and modified
to be payablP as follows:
In 36 consecutive peyments of $ 161.65, principle and interest,:
beginning on February 8, 1981 and on the 8th day of each
month thereafter until February 8th, 1984, on which day a balloon
payment will be due or~ the principle belance remaining.
3.) From and after-January 8th 1981, interest rate on
