AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Motion for
Clarification of Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage and the Court
having given consideration to the Motion and having examined the Final
,7udgment of Dissolution of Marriage and the Separation and Property
Settlement Agreement entered into by and betwee~ the parties and the
Court finding that the Husband has conveyed his interest in the home
and real property to the Wife by deed in compliance with the provisions
of the Agreement and the Final Judgment and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises,.it is thereupon
ORDERED~AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
l. CLARIE'ICATION OF FINAL JtiDGMENT: That the special equity
awarded in the Final J~dgment of Dissolution of Marriage previously
rendered in this cause is clarified as set forth therein.
2. SPECIAL EQUITY: That Marsha C. Travis, as a,special equity,
is entitled to be awarded, and be, and is hereby ordered awarded, all
of the right, title and interest of Stephen M. Travis in the below described
home and real property and it be, and is hereby further ordered that
Marsha C. Travis shall be the sole owner of said home and real property.
Said home and real property being as:
Lot 11 (Brower Subdivision) The East 1/2 of the following
described property: Commence at a point 488.05 feet west
of, and 40 feet south of, the Northeast corner of the N. W.
1%4 of the N. E. 1/4 of the S. W. 1/4 of Section 7, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, and run thence South 120 feet to
the Point of Beginning; From said joint of beginning continue
south 150 feet, thence run east 183.05 feet, thence run
north 150 feet, thence run west 183.05 feet to the point of
beginning, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
