This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January , 19 81,
and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: .This Court has jurisdiction of the pa~ties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as~follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE : T1~e n~arr iage between the a::o~ e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and f~rom the obligations arising
therefrom. -
_ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of STEPHEN R. FLOYD, JR., Age 4 years
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
QEBRA D. FLOYD.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be.
proper.
4. The above named parties both aaree that there is no personal or rcal
property to be divided.
