BARMORE, ) DISSOLUTION OF ;1ARRIAGE Respondent. ) This cause came on for trial the 12~ day of January 19 81 and the Court having given full consideration ta all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTIOH OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here- tofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of ALLZSON C. BARMORE, Age 10 years, and ANDREW J. BARMORE, III, Age 8 years ' minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, DIANE C. B1~tMOx~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to petitioner, ANDREW J. BARMORE, JR. 3. SUPPORT : CoIIm-enc ing the 16 th day- o f January , 19 81 , A.'VDREW 3. BARt~iORE, JR. shall pay to DIANE C.
