FINAL JUDGMENT `~
DISSOISUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for tria.l this 12th day of January, 1981,
and the Court having given full considerati~on to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: TONI RENEE ZAPF be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of TONI RENEE HUBENY
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.
3. That Respondent shall be responsible for the payment of
that certain lease of the property located at i4aa Rivergreen Circle,
Port St. Lucie, Florida.
4. That Respondent shall pay for all Petitioner's medical
expenses incurred prior to November 6, 1980, not to exceed the
approximate amount of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), and holds
Petitioner harmless for payment of said expenses.
