5. That Respondent shall surrender to Petitioner any
settlement amour.t due him from an automobile accident which occured
on December 6, 1979.
6. That Respondent shall pay Petitioner's attorney fees
in the amount of $75.00, plus court costs in this cause of action.
7. The above named parties both agree that there is no
personal or real property to be divided.
