It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofor~ existing between them and from the obligations arisirtg therefrom. 2. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real property to_be divided.
