19 8l, and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife ~
now exists between the parties; and that t~e marriage between the
partfes is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arisinq therpfrom.
2. RESTORATZON OF NAME: BILLIE DIANE GOOLEY be
and she is hereby authorized t~ 3ssume her former name of BILLIE DIANE
BSRRY and to use the same in all respects as if
said marriaqe had not intervened.
3. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal o~ real
property to be. divided. .
