SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause having come on this day for hearing on Plaintiff's
motion for summary final judgment of foreclosure on plaintiff's
complaint and the evidence offered in support of such complaint,
and the Court having noted that personal service of process was
obtained upon the defendant Ezekiel L. Jerkins and Lucy O. Jerkins,
his wife, each of the defendants herein; that an answer has been
filed by Ezekiel L. Jerkins and Lucy O: Jerkins, his wife; and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon
the defendants Ezekiel L. Jerkins and Lucy O. Jerkins, his wife;
that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this
cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations contained in
the complaint have been proved by competent evidence and the equities
in this cause are with the plaintiff.

2. That the mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this
cause constitutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter
described and the mortgage is in'default as alleged in the complaint.
, 3. That the reasonable fee for services rendered by the
attorney for the plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of

is a reasonable fee to be °allowed for the services of plaintiff's
attorney, which sum is also due and owing.
