5. This ag~eement is binding upon the heirs and assigns of the pa~ties.
6. That the undersigned shall be bound to the t4o~tgagee to the same extent
and in the same manner as if the undersigned were Mortgagor under said mortgage and
the make~of all promisssory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis-
factory and that the above-stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfacto~y. and the Association hereby consents to the sale,
transfer and/or conveyartce of the aforesaid mortgaged property to the Owner(s).
8. The Owner(s) hereby assumes, in addition to the m~~tgage obligation "
referred to above. all of the supplemental conditions executed at the time of the
mortgage obligation, which conditions are referred to either as "Supplemental Ag~ee-
ment" or "Uniform and Non-Unifo~m Cove~ants" and assumes those co~ditions as fully
as though the undersigned has executed said written agreement.
