only an existing indebtedness, but also ADVANCES
to be HEREAFTER made by Mortgaqee to Mortgagor
the aggregate of which will equal the principal
amount specified in the promissory note secured

This is a Corrective Mortgage designed to correct
an erroneous legal description appearing in that
certain mortgage dated November 24, 1980 and
recorded in 0. R. Book 343, page 2599~, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and upon
which intangible tax has_been paid as evidenced
by_receipt No. 549612.
