WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISI,AND L1M1•rLn, INC., a Delaware
eorporation authorized to transmct business in tl~e State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents g~anted end conveyed
unto 1'NE FIRST Nr1TI4NAL BANK OF CHICAGO, a nntionai banking ussociation,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and its assigms, the pre-nises and pcoperty therein
particularly described to secure the payment of the sum of money heceinafter
mentioned with interest thereon: ~
Mortgage given by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIN[TED PARTNERSHIP, as
l~lortgagor, in favor of THE FiRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as l~lartgagee,
dated December 4, 1~78, and filed in Official Record Book 299 , at Page 991, in the
Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Flocida, in the original amount of Twelve
Million Dollars ($12,000,000.00), and ns modified by ~1~Iodification of Mortguge
dated June 2, 1980, and recorded in Official Recor~s Book 332 at Page 1738 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein HUTCHINSON ISLAND
LI~I9ITED, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage, and increased
ttie indebtedness to the principatl sum of Thirteen Alillion Dollars (~13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official
Recocd Book 299 , at Page 100'l, ard UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Rccord Book 299, at Page 1008, all of suid documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, anc: in addition, a UCC-1 Finaneing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, Str~te of Plorida, on December 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, betw'eCil Stll(I ~F1CL1~'S; nnd

release the premises anci other prnne~ty hcrcinc~fter described, t~eing a pArt of said
~lortgage, and encumbe:~ed premi: e~, from the liens and o~c. atio-i of said ;~lcrtga~e
and other liens;
NO~~', THEREFORE, KNO~Y YE, that the said ~+lortgagee, in considera-
tion of the premises and the sur.~ of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good arx3
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by or on behalf of the said mortgagor at
the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby ucknowledged, does
remise, release, quit-cl~im, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
of said i.iortgage and other liens referred to above unto the s~id :~iortgagor, its
successors and assigns that certain portion of the prernises conveyed by said

TO HAVE AND TO IiOLD the same, with the uppurtenances, unto the
saici 1~lortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, frced, exonerated and
discharged of and from the lien of suid :17ortgage and every part thereof; provided
always, nevertheless that nothing he~ein contained shall in anyvrise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid :~~iortgnge and other liens
referred to a~ove on the remaining property_ of s~id mortgnge~i premises, not
