FINAL JiJDGMENT FOR DEFENDANTS
This cause came on to be heard pursuant to notice upon the motion of
the Defendants, FEE, PARKER 6 LLOYD, P.A. and OTIS R. PARKER, JR., to set aside
the Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff and to enter judgment for Defen-
dants, and upon the further motion of the Defendants to tax costs, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the Final Judgment dated
June 16, 1977, in favor of the Plaintiff is set aside, and judgment is hereby
entered in favor of the Defendants, FEE, PARKER ~ LLOYD, P.A. and OTIS R.
PARKER, JR., and against the Plaintiff, JOHN B. SULLIVAN, M. D., said Defendants
to go hence without day; and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, FEE, PARKER b LLOYD, P.A.
and OTIS R. PARKER, JR., recover from the Plaintiff, JOHN B. SULLIVAN, M. D.,
their costs herein taxed in the sum of , for which let
