ORDER ON PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE
Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
(a) The execution and delivery by the Defendants of the
subiect note, mortgage and letter agreement. The Defendants in
stipulating to the execution and delivery of the letter agree-
ment do not stipulate as to its legal significance or, in fact,
if there was an agreement.
(b) Payments on the note and mortgage were made as fol-
low s :
1. On or about May 1, 1979, a payment of $8,320.00.
2. On or about November 1, 1979, a payment of $7,000.00.
3. On or.about March 28, 1980, a payment of $10,000.00.
2. EVIDENCE. Documentary and other evidence listed and
presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into
evidence without objection except as hereinbelow reserved:
