(d) Each party will file, by January 2, 1981, with the
court a memorandum regarding the admissibility of the letter
agreement executed by the defendants on March 28, ~980 and
particularly with regard to Florida Statute 90.408.
4. EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either
party.
5. WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-
Trial Conference, and names filed with the Clerk will be per-
mitted to testify except the parties themselves and impeachment
witnesses. Either party may call any witness listed by any
other party.
