accrued interest on $99,773.95 from May 15, 1980 to January 5,
1981 is $5,125.30, for a total sum due and owing as of January
5, 1981 of $104,899.25
2. Plaintiff holds a lien for the total sum superiar to
any claim or estate of defendants, THEODORE THEODOROPOULC)S and
AMY C. THEODOROPOULOS, his wife, on the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 1 through 12, Block 1, of ELMER I~OBB'S unrecorded
plat of TOTTEN'S SUBDIVISION, of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of Section 17, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, more par-
ticularly described as follows:
From the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 35 South
Range 40 Last, run north along the West line of said Sec- ,
tion 17, a distance of 49.5 feet, and thence East parallel
with the South line of Section 17, a distance of 25 feet
to the point of beginning; thence continue East a distance
of 276.9 feet; thence to the North with a back angle of
87°54' a distance of 389.2 feet to the South side of State
Road #8 (Now State Road #70) thence run Southwesterly
along the South right of way line of State Road ~70 (For=
merly State Road ~8), to a point 25 feet East of the West
line of said Section 17, thence run South 208.9 feet, more
or less, to the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND ACCEPTING THEREFRONf right of way for public roads

3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
judgment are not paid within sixty (60) days from this date,
the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale
