WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,
at Page 1033, and any amendiments thereto, of the Public Records of St. Uicie
Coi.mty, Florida.
This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the fo11oF-ing:
1. Taxes for the current and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other
~natters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of

3. Tt,e Declaration of Condominiian and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation,_By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Ormer's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of which doc~nments run With the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Oirner's
Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the

~~ parties hereto. Crantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every pers~n whomscever~ tawfully claiming by,
