~~ Purehaser~ by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoaledges that this
.~ purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILI.AGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub3ect
,• ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominiuvn in
~' Which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto~ including but not lim-
~~ ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Gondominium or re-
.~`~ ferred to tharein)~ the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
~ a brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
~~~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
~°~' By-LaWS and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
'- Association;.and Purchaser further ackno~rledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor'
~ plan, and ackno~+ledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
`~ tial, to the suceessful operation and management of the Condominium property
= and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein.
:~ Purchaser and all oNners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
~- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereta. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Deelaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
~ att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer•s
~',~ Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reason-
,!~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
,~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
_}~ to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assucr,~s the obligations as to the
~.~ Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
~,;'; that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiim and Exhibits attaehed thereto, and
•~-s the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
- other charges are estimated only. No-Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or
a
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~n and Exhibits attached thereto.
