WHEREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLANi~ L,lMITI:D, INC., a Delt~ware
corporation authocized to transact business in the Str~te of Ftorida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents granted and conveyed
u~to THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CIIICAGO, a national banking association,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and its assigns, the premises and property therein
particularly described to secure the paVment of the sum of money hereinefter
mentioned with interest thereon:

Mo~.tgagor, in favor of Tf1E FIRST NATI~NAL BANK OF CHICAGO, as Mortgagee,
dated June 2, 1980, ~nd filed in Officiel Record Book 332, at Page 1703, in the
Public Records of St. Lueie Coi:nty, Florida, in the original amount af Twelve
Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollt~rs (512,700,000.00), together with an
Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits recorded in Official Record Book 332, at
Page 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contra~ts recorded in Official Record Book
332, at Page 1735, i~nd UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in Official Record
Book 332, at Page 1721, all of caid documents filed in the Publie Records of St.
Lucie County, FloridA, und all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Sta~ement filed with the Secretary of State, State of
Florida, or June 16, 1980, under File No. 1207244, between snid parties; and
~VHEREAS, the said 1~9ortgage has requested the said Mortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of suid
tiiortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens ~nd operation of said Mortgage
and other liens;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, that the . said Mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises und the sum of Ten Dollars (~10.00) and other good
and valuable considecations to it in hand paid by or on behr~lf of the seid mortgagor
at the time of the execution hereof, the r-eceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge fcom the li?n and
operation of said Mortgage and other liens referred to above unto the said
h7ortg~gor, its successors and ussigns that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by suid '.19ortgage, and other liens referred to above more particularly described as
