- Association; and Purchaser further acknovledges receipt of and reading and
- eaaminaLioc of said Declaratien, its Bzhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
. plan, and ackna+ledges thaL each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-

Purchaser and all c~ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
~- ant and agree to abite by each aad every provision of said Declaration and
~hibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
- all of the teress and provisions of said Declaration of Con~;ni~ and 6chibits
~ att3ched thereto, and agrees that the assess~ent under the Property Ormer's
~. Association doc•.~ents referred to aDove and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the
DeclaraLian of Govenants and Restrictions of the Property Oimer's Association
~L3 has encimmbered and i~pressed a lien upon the Condaminium parcel being conveyed
