called "Moetgagoe," by the following described documents grnnted and conveyed

hereinafter called "Mort~ngee" and its r~ssigns, ihe premises and property therein

Pa~e 1728, and Assignment of Sales Contracts recorc'ed ic Official Record Boak
332, at Psge 1735, and UCC-1 Pinancing Statement reeorded in Official Record
Book 332, at I'age 1722, all of snid doci~ments filed in the Publie Recocds of St.
Lucie County, Florida, and all of said documents recorded on June 5, 1980; and in
addition, a UCC-1 Financing Statement filed with the Secretary of State, S!ate of
Florida, on Junc 1F, 1980, under File No. i207244, betwecn said parties; and
WHEREAS, the said 6'Iortgage has requested the suid ~Iortgagee to
release the premises and other property hereinafter described, being a part of said
~lortgage, and encumbered premises, from the liens ~nd operation of said ?Nortgage
and other liens;
