FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLVING
MARRIAGS

This matter coming on to be heard on the petition of JUNE
T. HORRAVY, and the respondent, IMRICH HORRAVY, having been duly
served and thereafter having filed an answer and waiver of no-
tice of further proceedings, and the Court having jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter hereof, and having heard
the testimony of the petitioner and her witness, it is, on the
evidence presented
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The bonds of marriage between the petitioner, JUNE T.
HORRAVY, and the respondent, IMRICH HORKAVY, are dissolved be-
cause said marriage is irretrievably broken.
2. The separation agreement between the parties, intro-
duced in evidence and marked petitioner's Exhibit l, was exe-
cuted voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best in-
terest of the parties and is approved and incorporated in this
judgment by reference, and the parties are ordered to comply
with it.
3. The minor child of the parties, KENNETH HORKAVY, is
to be in the custody of the respondent-husband, IMRICH NORKAVY,
subject to reasonable visitation rights by the petitioner-wife
in the manner set forth in the agreement between the parties.
4. The Court retains jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter hereof for the purpose of enforcing the terms
of the agreement between the parties.
DONE AND ORDERED at Miami, Florida, this day of
