The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, admin'istrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person Whomscever, laWfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same against the laWful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
IN WITNESS NHEREOF, Hutchinson Island Limited, Inc., has caused this Deed to be
