HomeMy WebLinkAbout1864 ~~- RECEIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUMPTION AND ACCEPTANCfi OF PURCNASER f. ~~ Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges that this ~ ~ purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLACE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub3ect .• ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominiuoo in ~ which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim- ~~~ ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re- ferred to therein), the By-LaWS of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, ~~ the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales ~~ brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments ~- ~ to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, '~'~` By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners •- Association; and Purchaser further ackno+~ledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its Bxhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor ~ plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- ~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property : and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oWners therein. ~ Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominiwn coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and - Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves ~ all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits - attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's Association doeuments referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- a41e, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aeknoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormer's Association `~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ander said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser asswnes the obligations as to the ~? Property OFmer's Association as to his condomiaium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and ,~-s the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Oxner's Association and - other charges are estimated only.
