L Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ~- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits ~ attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property OWner's ~` Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aciuioWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association ,~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assuc~es the obligations as to the s~ Property Ormer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all rrarranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained ~ _ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and •~~* the common expenses and the sums due under the Property OFmer's Association and - other charges are estimated only.
