address is 3100 Pruitt Road, G-101 , Port St. Lucie, FL 33452. Grantee.

That Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and
No/100th Dollars (510.00) and other qood and valuable
consideration to it in hand paid by Grantee the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to Grantee,
its successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns forever,
; the following described real property situate, lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
UNIT 101 of TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM
G, according to the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM dated
De~ember 12. 198~ ; and recorded in Official
Record Book 3~_, page 1098 , Public Records of~
St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the undivided
share of the COMMON ELEMENTS of the Condominium declared
in the Declaration to be appurtenant thereto; together
with all appurtenances thereto, including, without
limitation, the right of exclusive use of those areas,
spaces and portions of COMMON ELEMENTS of ~he
Condominium, declared in the Declaration of Condominium
to be LIMITED COMMON ELEME:NTS of the Unit.
To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
Grantee, by acceptance hereof and by agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assurnes and agrees to be bound by and to comply
with all of the covenants, terras, provision~ and conditions•set
forth and contained in the DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, including,
but not limited to, the obligation to pay assessments for the
maintenance and operation of the Condominium which may be levied
against th~ above-described UNIT.
This conveyance is subject to the following:
