to the extent that it involves a claim for personal injury protection
(PIP) benefits, with each party to bear its respective costs;
2. That in all qther respects the cause stand dismissed with
prejudice, with each_party to bear its own costs.

ORDER
~he above-styled cause having come on for hearing unon

premises, it is accordingly,
ORDERED AND ADJUDCEU that the above cause be and the same is
hereby dismissed with prejudice at the costs of the narties except that
such dismissal shall be without prejudice as to Plaintiff's claim for
personal injury protection (PIP) benefits.
