FINAL ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
-This cause came on for hearing upon the Joint
Petition of Plaintiffs, LILLIAN GU`PIERREZ, a minor, by
and through her father and next friend, ARMANDO GUTIERREZ,
ARMANDO GUTIERREZ, individually and DOLORES GUTIERREZ,
individually and Defendants, TRUDY ELSIGAN, individually,
TRUDY ELSIGAN as the Personal Representative of the Estate
of EDWARD H. PIEPEREIT, deceased, and AMERICAN MOTORISTS
INSURANCE COMPANY, for approval of settlement heretofore ~
entered into and between Plaintiffs and Defendants, and
fo~e authorization for Plaintiffs to collect the amount of
settlement, execute a Release regarding the settlement
pursuant to Florida Statutes §774.387 and for dismissal
of the action with prejudice, and the Court having considered
the content of the Joint Petition being otherwise duly
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The settlement agreed upon by Plaintiffs and
, Defendants as set out in.the Joint Petition is hereby
approved and its provisions adopted as if ful'ly set forth
herein. The parties shall act as exoedi.tiously as possible
in concluding this action in accordance•with this Order.
2. ARMANDO GUTIERREZ, as natural father and next
friend of LILLIllN GUTIERREZ, a minor, ARMANDO GUTIERREZ,
individually and DOLORES GUTIERREZ, individually, are
