ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S
MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER
The Motion for Protective Order filed in this cause by
defendants, Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, Inc. , and Sun Banks o.f
Florida, Inc., has been considered, after argument of counsel, and
it is now.
ORDERED:
1. Production of documents requested from defendant, Sun
Bank of St. Lucie County, Inc., will occur only at the principal
place of business of that defendant in Fort Pierce, Florida,
2. Production of dociunents requested from defendant, Sun
Banks of~Florid~, Inc., will occur only at the principal place of
business of that defendant in Orlando, Florida.
3. Plaintiff will give not less than fourteen (14) days notice
of a date upon which production is to occur.
4. Plaintiff will be permitted to make copies of documents
required to be produced, at~plaintif.fs' costs. If defendants choose
to make said copies, the documents being copied shall re~r.ain in the
custody of the defendant, and the defendant will make said copies
during the production, and plaintiff will promptly pay for the cost
of such copies.
5. After interrogation of counsel, the Court has determined
that the production of quarterly and annual statements of financial
condition and profit and loss statements, as published to the
