considered the pleadings, testimony and evicience, and finding that it
h.~s ;urisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
rh,~t the marriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken
and ~hat a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and the
Cc~urt being otherwise full}~ advised in the premises, it is, thereu~on
ORDERED ANU ADJUDGED, ~s follows:
1. DISSOL.UTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
WESLEY D. OAKLEY and PATRICIA H. OAKLEY,
bc, and the same is hereb~~ ordere~ dissolved, a vinculo, and the
~arties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arisinq therefrom.

2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are no minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real property jointly and
do not own personal property jointly.~
