has jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
th.~t the r.iarriage between the parties hereto is irretrievably broken

ORDERED AND ADJUL~GED, as follows:

natrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

of this marriage and the parties do not own real property jointly and ~
do not own personal property jointly.
