FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
considered the pleadings, testimony and evidence, and findiny that it
t~as jurisdiction of the subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage bctween the parties hereto is irretrievaUly broken
znd that a reconciliation cannot be made between the narties, and the
Court being otherwisc fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
, ORDERED AND ADJUJGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between
CLYDE L. HAMMONS, JR. and DEBORAH LEE HAMMONS,
bc, and the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the
; ~
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby En-
joined and restrained from interfering with,_harrassing or annoying
the other, and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their author-
ized deputies ar~ ordered to enforce this Restraining order without
further ~rder of this Court.
3. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are minor children
of this marriage and the parties do not own real E~r.opert}~ jointlf and
do not own persanal property jointly.
