4. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT: Permanent and primary
custody of the minor child of the parties is awarded to the
Husband • CLYDE L. HAMMONS, JR. , with reasonable right
of visitation'reserved to the noncustodial parent. The name of
said minor child being as follows: JOHN HAMMONS.
5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: This Court expressly re-
tains jurisdiction-of this cause and of the parties to determine
and award child support and to enter such orders, judqments and
process as this Court deems proper.
6. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore entered
into and executed by the parties and introduced into evidence, be, and
it is hereby ordered approved, confirmed and ratified, and it is incor-
porated into and made a part of this Final Judqment and each of the
parties is ordered to fully comply with each and every term, provision
and condition thereof.
